WATERMELON GAZPACHO
Ingredients
4 cups pureed fresh water melon (about 1/4 of a large watermelon)
1 cup tomato juice
½ lb strawberry (approx. 10 large)
4 oz. watermelon liqueur
½ tsp Worcestershire
¼ tsp celery salt
½ tsp ground white pepper
½ tsp Tabasco
Juice of 1 lemon
Method
In a blender, puree watermelon chunks and strawberry and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for at least one hour. Mix well before serving.
